Last night at 5am I order a burger and fries from this iconic restaurant they were on time as they promised and the burger and fries were unmatched it was really delicious and crispy. Even that late they provided the best service. So I would recommend everyone to order from them they are best and the staff are really polite and also the food were Fresh and healthy.

I ordered from Just Eat yesterday, but the drinks were missing. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. Due to my invisible disability, I wasn’t able to open the door myself because of pain and reduced mobility, so my 9-year-old daughter answered and gave the PIN. I contacted them immediately after opening the bag, but now I can’t get a partial refund. I’m not sure if the issue was due to negligence from the restaurant or the delivery driver, but I feel SHOT Burger needs to be made aware. It’s a shame because the food was nice, but the missing items ruined the whole experience.
Was the menu for two + extra (£30) and both drinks were missing.- Service
